Why do you think your clients love to work with Youth Culture?
I think clients love the creativity, nimbleness and youthful vibe at Youth Culture.

What is the most interesting tidbit of info you've learned from a YC research panel?
I have learned how informed this generation really is and how much "power" this knowledge gives them in directing family purchases. We did a piece a few years ago where we asked young people to indicate how much influence they had on their parents' purchases on items like cars, household products, and even vacations. We asked the parents the same question. The result, children's influence on family purchases is undeniable. If you want to reach the parent talk to their children first.

How has that fabulous hair of yours helped you at Youth Culture?
Wow, now that’s a question! This hair has its own energy and atmosphere, just like Youth Culture! Besides, the ‘carwash’ has become the (un)official ‘move’ of the Youth Culture staff.

How do you leave your mark on every single issue?
If my readers are left inspired and feeling great about themselves then that’s when I can say I’ve truly ‘left my mark’.

Kim Cooper – Editor B-ZONE

Why are you always attached at the hip to B-ZONE Bobby?
Well, it was love at first sight ever since Bobby arrived on the doorstep of B-ZONE headquarters. Bobby is B-ZONE's mascot and he represents everything that B-ZONE stands for: fun, inspiriational and vibrant. Bobby has been known to tag along to events and activities like the reading group at Sick Kids Hospital. Really, how could you not love him?

How do you handle your secret identity as the one and only Vervegirl Unedited?
It’s very difficult to avoid the paparazzi at every corner, but at the end of the day, I’m just like everyone else (except at the stroke of midnight I turn back into a cartoon).

What's it like holding the IT power in an office full of Vervegirls?
It is a big responsibility. Most, if not all, of the women here in the office are very empowered and want to get things done. When the printer doesn't work, well, that just doesn't fly for very long…
